Catalogues - Terms of Sale
Centre for Contemporary Art “Łaźnia” in Gdańsk - The sale of catalogues is run via the Internet by Centre for Contemporary Art “Łaźnia” in Gdańsk, hereinafter referred to as CSW “Łaźnia”, 80-767 Gdańsk, ulica Jaskółcza 1, NIP: 583-25-52-296, REGON: 191571237, tel.: 0 58 305 40 50, fax: 0 58 305 26 80.
- Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on a working day after 3 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will be accepted from 12 o’clock on the next working day.
- By placing an order we mean filling in an order form from this website providing full and correct information and sending it to WWW.laznia.pl.
- CSW “Łaźnia” reserves the right to verify a placed order and to refuse to realize it without stating a reason, especially if the reliability of an order is doubtful.
- A natural person placing an order must be of legal age.
- Prices of catalogues that are on offer in CSW “Łaźnia” are given in Polish currency and they include VAT. The price of a given catalogue is binding at the moment of placing an order by the Buyer. Stated prices do not include postage and packing charges.
- CSW “Łaźnia” reserves the right to withdraw catalogues and to change prices of the catalogues on offer, without any notice.
- Each transaction is confirmed by a VAT invoice.
- Ordered catalogues are delivered by post to an address given in the order form. It is also possible to collect catalogues personally from CSW “Łaźnia”.
- The payment for catalogues is collected at the moment of delivery by post or in a different way agreed by both parties.
- CSW “Łaźnia” takes additional charges for postage and packing, which are stated on www.laznia.pl. Postage and packing charge is included in the sum total and stated on an invoice.
- CSW “Łaźnia” is not responsible for mechanical damage of catalogues during transport by post or other courier company. The Buyer having made the payment has the right to check the condition of the delivered catalogues in the presence of a post office worker and in case of stating the damage, write the damage report. The report must be delivered by post, fax or e-mail to CSW “Łaźnia”. Only on these grounds will we accept the complaint.
- Time of delivery takes up to 10 days (including postal delivery time) CSW “Łaźnia” takes no responsibility for unpunctual delivery by post or other courier company.
- By filling in an order form you consent to record and process your personal data for the purpose of marketing activities by CSW “Łaźnia”. The Buyer has the right to access and correct his personal data and to delete them from the database (Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997, Journal of Acts no 133, item 883). Personal Data processed by CSW “Łaźnia” are confident and will not be disclosed to any third parties according to Art. 23 item 1 point 3, 4 and 5 of the above-quoted act and they will be processed only to realize mail order of art catalogues.
