GDPR compliance update

 

Pursuant to Art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) we hereby inform that:

3. Collected data constitute information submitted directly and voluntarily by the client, such as by personal presentation of a paper document, forwarding of documentation via email, forwarding of documentation via post.

 

4. All data are processed exclusively within the scope and for the purpose for which they have been transmitted, within the framework of the concluded agreement. If the individual whom the data concern has expressed additional consent, the data may be used for marketing purposes as detailed in the contract. 

 

5. Data processed for marketing purposes can be processed until such time as you register your objection to their being processed for that purpose, or we determine they are out-of-date. 

 

6. The recipients of personal data in certain cases detailed in the contract and necessary for achieving a particular purpose will be external entities providing services associated with the regular activities of the Administrator.

 

7. An individual whose data are processed has the right to demand at any time access to their data, rectification, removal or restriction on their processing. Revocation of consent and objection to the processing of personal data are also possible.

 

8. An individual whose personal data are processed has the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body (Personal Data Protection Office).

 

9. The Data Administrator makes all efforts to protect received data from unauthorized access by third parties through controlling the methods of gathering, processing, and storing information. Adequate technical and organizational means are applied, including a firewall and passwords. Access to data is provided only to the Data Administrator and to entities which must have such access as part of performance of contract so as to process them exclusively for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.

 

10. The Data Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy through the publishing of a new Privacy Policy at www.laznia.pl.

1. Your use of the laznia.pl website, hereinafter referred to as the Website, confirms your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy.

 

2. If you do not accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, please do not visit the laznia.pl website, do not subscribe to the newsletter, and do not purchase any of the products or services offered by Łaźnia CCA.

1. Full name – to determine the shipping destination
2. Address – to determine the delivery destination
3. Phone – is optional, and is used to contact the buyer about any possible problems that might arise in regards to shipment and delivery
4. E-mail address – to confirm your registration

6. Supplying this data is required in order to set up an account that allows you to make a purchase by means of the Website.

 

7. The Website does not use cookies technology.

 

8. If you would like to be informed about events taking place at Łaźnia CCA, you can subscribe to our newsletter. Subscription is voluntary and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

 

9. Subscription to the newsletter is free of charge, but you must provide your e-mail address in the appropriate form. Submission of this information is mandatory.

 

10. Data obtained in this manner will used to add the address to our mailing list. An e-mail address is required for us to send the newsletter to a subscriber.

 

11. Łaźnia CCA will provide you with access to your data on demand. You can modify or delete the data held by the Łaźnia CCA at any time.
