GDPR compliance update
Pursuant to Art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) we hereby inform that:

3. Collected data constitute information submitted directly and voluntarily by the client, such as by personal presentation of a paper document, forwarding of documentation via email, forwarding of documentation via post.
4. All data are processed exclusively within the scope and for the purpose for which they have been transmitted, within the framework of the concluded agreement. If the individual whom the data concern has expressed additional consent, the data may be used for marketing purposes as detailed in the contract.
5. Data processed for marketing purposes can be processed until such time as you register your objection to their being processed for that purpose, or we determine they are out-of-date.
6. The recipients of personal data in certain cases detailed in the contract and necessary for achieving a particular purpose will be external entities providing services associated with the regular activities of the Administrator.

8. An individual whose personal data are processed has the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body (Personal Data Protection Office).

Adequate technical and organizational means are applied, including a firewall and passwords. Access to data is provided only to the Data Administrator and to entities which must have such access as part of performance of contract so as to process them exclusively for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.
10. The Data Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy through the publishing of a new Privacy Policy at www.laznia.pl.
